our gym
We’ve helped thousand of members get the results they wanted.
And with Rock the Scales we’ve made it possible to tone up and lose a little weight or even a lot of weight — but the trick is that you must commit to working out at least three times a week. The more you stick to it, the better your results will be — providing you know how to maximize your time there. Here are some tips on getting the most out of your Rock the Scales challenge:
The Rock the Scales Workout
One of the simplest and fastest ways to get in shape is with our XpressLine. This 22-minute, total-body workout can only be found at our clubs, but there are circuits in many gyms that can provide a somewhat similar experience. Combine your XpressLine workout with 30–45 minutes of cardio. Shake things up by adding a Group Exercise class a couple of times a week, too.
Group Exercise Classes
Group Exercise classes are so much fun it’s hard to believe they’re so effective — but they are. Some people are shy about trying them, but once they do they’re usually hooked. Try yoga, kickboxing, cycling, Pilates or any of our hundreds of classes. And if you are new, don’t feel self-conscious. You’ll get in the groove in a class or two. It just always seems to work out that way.
Personal Training
There is no better way to get results than through personal training. Period. Our Personal Trainers motivate. They educate. They help you succeed. Our members are constantly writing in to tell us how our Personal Trainers have changed their lives. Check out our videos to see a few of their stories.
Okay, here’s a slight sales pitch. If you’re a member you can purchase a TryPack — a 3-session introduction to Personal Training for just $99. And this January, we’re dropping that price to $79. You owe it to yourself to experience the benefits of Personal Training. After all, you’re worth it.
