- Not enough time? Start using the XpressLine. This 22-minute, full-body workout can be found at every one of our clubs. Oftentimes, there’s even a Personal Trainer on duty to answer your questions and adjust your equipment.
- Workouts are, well, too much work. Try a Group Exercise class. They’re high energy, exciting, and are lead by specialized instructors who make them more fun, less work.
- I get bored…quickly. We haven’t met a member yet who’s worked out with one of our Personal Trainers and felt bored. Don’t believe us? Get a TryPack and see for yourself. This three-session, intro package to personal training is only $99 dollars (and just $79 this January).
- Sometimes I get "gym-timidated". Lots of people join a gym and suddenly realize they don’t know what all the equipment does and feel a little intimated. That’s where our Fitness Service Managers come in. Ask them to give you a tour of your club. You’ll be happy you did.
- I’d love to work out, but American Idol is on in an hour. All of our clubs feature personal TV’s on pretty much every piece of our cardio equipment, so you won’t miss your favorite shows.
